My name is Rachel and I am in my first year at Cal Poly SLO in California. I'm in the honors program and studying biological sciences with a concentration in anatomy and physiology- I'm definitely excited to see where it takes me!
I have many loves, some of which are: music, dogs, baking, reading, helping others, Ryan Gosling, sleep, feeling healthy, and boots. Needless to say, those topics (and more!) will show up in my posts!
So here's a list of other fun facts about me:
-I love making lists to keep myself organized haha.
-My dog's name is Snickers, and he is a 90lb chocolate lab who thinks he's a) a cat and b) a lapdog. He's gorgeous and he totally knows it.
-I absolutely prefer real books over ebooks...I think technology takes some of the romance out of cracking open an old book.
-On a related note, I volunteer in my library's bookstore so maybe I'm biased ;)
-Always been introverted, but I LOVE to laugh and connect with other people.
-Tea or coffee? Coffee to smell, tea to drink.
-I play clarinet! Have been for 8 years now.
-Favorite TV show is Hawaii Five-O. CSI and NCIS are close seconds.
-I basically live in flip flops whenever I can.
-Making guacamole is one of my specialities (other than desserts and baked goods).
-It'd make my life to meet Charlie McDonnell. He's adorable.
-And lastly, I'm 5'2" and done growing. You could say I *look up* to a lot of people :P
